I just tried Offerpal, and it went very smooth and I have it up and running in about 5 minutes. Well, almost, I still have not done my part for the callback to put the virtual points into their account on my database. I think it will not be hard. I just gave them a file name I will use so I could complete the process.
Offers are not all that great, but there are a lot of no purchase required offers to get $1-4.00, so I guess that is good.
They also offer purchase rewards.

But no body willing to use my application..lol

Are you talking about CPA and the Facebook programs in general? They have all kinds of offers, some you buy items, some you opt in with an email, some do have app downloads, basically FB app owners paying others to get their app.
I would figure out something to give them. What can you give them in a virtual world, that they would like for free by doing CPA? That is what these things are for, the app CPA's, though they will also work with you outside of FB.
Think they may like e-books? Have them earn it by doing CPA. Maybe have a virtual store. How about free ringtones, they earn them by doing CPA.
