Virtual items on eBay

So guys

New to eBay here.

I have sold a few software products on eBay recently (not Microsoft or any of those vERO ones of course). All sales end good and stuff so far.

About shipping the products: I am messaging the buyers for the product details like key code, instructions, etc. And then I mark the orders as 'Shipped'. Should I also be giving a tracking number of sorts?

Also, is it right to request buyers for feedback?

Just mark it Shipped,that is good enough

All I did was marked it as shipped and messaged the buyer the details. Worked fine for me and no dispute.

use mark as processed option for digital products.
