anyone can share any experience or success to work with virtual debit card on AWS and able to get an account>?

I managed to get an account with a VCC , Mastercard.

but thats credit card right?
the problem is that aws charges can go crazy

better using a debit card..

anyone have any exp. to share on this pls?
