there is no virtual p.o. box, they're around 30$ a month same with virtual addresses. but you cant put p.o. box on paypal/ebay as that will raise red flags so you have to be able to send mail to it without putting "p.o box"

Man...my account got suspended faster then I log in to eBay account lol

I ordered gift card from simon.com and added that directly to ebay account...

ebaysuspended, do I need to open Paypal account to get verified and sale on ebay?

I used to buy from www*vccstore*.com they have good yahoo support for instant delivery - u can buy while chating , Yahoo Messenger ID -> virtualcredit_card

Yes, that stinks for people who are not USA resident but I have seen lot of VCC available for people who live outside of USA. Just Google it...

Unlike a service mentioned above such as the www-card //

You can easily (depending where you live) - get a card that is truly virtual for online purchase transactions etc

The problem with www-card and maybe others is that you have to use a credit card to purchase them ...LOL <------- doesnt that defeat the purpose ..?

Still a paper trail.

So here's my easy solution

Almost any check cashing store or other similar venues offer NetSpend cards.

Its a Visa giftcard. one time fee of $5 when you load it. - thats it. no per purchase deductions or any other nonsense.

One catch is that you can't reload - but you shouldnt really care about that - jsut think about what your purchasing even if recurring - and how long you'll need it - other wise you can always just get a new one and update account billing mehtod (e.g. card on file).

Why am I suggesting this card?? Because when you buy it they don't ask for ANYTHING!!
No ID , no name , nothing.... load it and use as you will.

So what info is on the card? the number, the pin , the expiration.

You can use ANY name ANY address -- (real or fake) - obviously be smart , important part is , its not your name and addy.

So thats my solution - they have another similar product that you can reload - but this is no good , as when you buy the re-loadable card you must supply your info. I'd rather pay the $5 for the complete anynon one.

That's my 2 cents - hope some of you found it helpful.

That's quite a cool idea. I would love to use Netspend but it looks like it is only available to US as you need to visit one of their authoriszed distributors, or is there a way for people outside the US to get a Netspend visa card?

Well ... I though of a couple solutions there...

I think some else mentioned here about sending to others. - But I am not sure if any complications would arise in using it outside of the U.S. - However I almost certain there in nothing that would prevent you from doing so. So maybe if you know someone in the U.S. that you trust who could do this for you.

I have an international client who needed this as he was paying for a telecom service ( vonage or something) and needed a U.S. Credit Card to open the account. I think this was for the business vonage .. don't really remember. All I know was he was having problems and needed the fastest way to get a credit card for this. So I made the suggestion to him and thats what he did.

He travels quite extensively to the U.S. so I just told him where to go and buy it.

I think all the others online will require your personal info to purchase them.

I ordered a card from simon.com yesterday, havent got it yet, and it definately says I need to have a valid phone number to get it registered, are you sure I dont need that?

in canada, they sell these visa cards at mac's convenience stores, i walk in, pay with cash, get the card.. done. then log in online, add whatever fake info i want and the card is ready for use with absolutely no traces.

cheap rate !!! a vcc for paypal with 2$ balance cost 8$

, this cards cost them only 2$ even for 4$ that's a good deal for them .
