Wow, great thread. I have always just used paypals virtual card. Although after reading this I think I will be trying another.

Simon.com gift account is a great alternative to other virtual credit card dealers. Allows for anonymity, and minimum is $20. I've checked out a few other places (card444.com) and they charge I think $35 for a $5 card... how ridiculous is that.

I highly doubt it's possible. The recipient should be receiving it on a different IP, and it's a throw-away card... has I believe a lifespan of 3 months.

Purchasing in person when possible is anonymous, they don't ask for anything but the cash when you buy...but requires you to be at the mall...which may not work for everyone.

Would anyone be interested in buying numbers? I mean, if I get the cards and then sell for slightly higher would anyone buy?

Also, with the Simon Card (the physical card) it lasts a lot longer. Lasts until either:

1. you spend all the money on it,

or

2. the card zeroes out by your getting charged a monthly maintenance fee. But the monthly fee doesn't start until month 13. So you're good for 12 months before any fees start to kick in.

the problem with vcc is that they can get redflagged because of there BIN number, so if you using it for Paypal or eBay its not always a good idea. However some people disagree and say that they work perfectly.

for ebay/paypal its better to go with the gift cards. works for me everytime and i make new accounts almost weekly.

Can you post exact steps how to go making a new account?
How to verify Paypal and get past the phone number bank pin etc??

virtual address/po box
gift card credit card
any bank account since they dont actually check the name on it
new ip - dialup
new email

all done.

That is the trouble I have static IP
How you get any bank account they ask for ID all sorts

virtual phone = tossabledigits, tollfreeforwarding, gotvmail

bank account you get in your own name. dont try getting a fake one lol

I thought new pp accounts only ask for credit card in order to be verified? Or do you mean once you get limited?

Can you get virtual P.O box as it costs a lot for one monthly.

Also how do yo get away with it with Paypal putting your own name bank etails as that is linked to Eb*Y no? And they find out.
