Try Zen, haven't tried it on ads, but it's pretty good on receivi g/sending payments

I have tried, but it has only google pay to add balance ? If I have a card then I dont need zen. I need to send IBAN and use it as card.

Prepaid visas have worked for me in the past, and they are completely anonymous. You could even get a reloadable one, although I'm not sure if they require sign-up. You could always check out the Marketplace to see who would exchange crypto for a prepaid Visa, if purchasing one yourself isn't an option.

Revolut offers virtual cards in many countries and supports IBAN transfers. You can create a VCC directly through their app. Check if Revolut is available in your region.

Its pretty easy to just open a LLC in the US and get a bank like Mercury or relayfi. You can create lots of virtual cards with them and use them to pay for ads.

You can have a look at https://t.me/shadowpaycards, those are the ones i am using for ad spending. I'm sure they can accept IBAN as well.

Wise doesnt provide cards for USA businesses.
Mercury is very very sensitive to accept, they have strict rules like your customers should be in USA vs.
never heard relayfi, I will give a try.

Mercury is pretty easy you just need to get a commercial address with anytimemailbox and use this address in your mercury application instead of the registered agent address from your LLC.
Make sure to only use an anytime mailbox address which is not marked as a mail forwarding provider. You can check that on: https://www.smarty.com/products/single-address
