Virtual credit card service

I bought a script from Codecanyon which allows me to run virtual credit service


I would like to know how it setup proper business. I don’t mean how to install script etc. I have that set up already

I mean which service should I use (stripe, PayPal). I’m in USA and have business accts setup

Has anyone had any success running virtual credit card services
