On your shop it says that the card is a prepaid card, will it get noticed as such? Because I have a Prepaid Credit Card and Etsy and Google don't allow that type of card.
 
We are providing virtual credit cards with different balance [VCC] for purchase once
eg. If a user ask for 100 usd card it will cost 3usd + the refill amount + 30% that will be 3+ 100 + (100x.30) = 134 usd
