Hi guys, after my ad account got banned multiple times, i decided to buy vcc from this forum (marketplace) because im tired to go bank and change new card.
my question is, i bought us vcc and i live in different country (malaysia).
do i need to use us account to run ad using my vcc or i can just use ad account created in my country?
