Bullshit. They will sell him VCC, but they will not tell him where to go create his own VCC and create competition for themselves.

I think no one is going throw working vcc source as it generate money for them. There are alot ways but you have to research depending on what country you are residing. And all good one vcc banks requires kyc otherwise if find for no kyc most probably only prepaid card you will get.
