Virtual Call Center suggestion

Hi everybody, I need to find a good call center software to manage the incoming calls, right now me and my brother are answering all the calls but we want to switch the calls on three lines:

1) support for running orders
2) information request from new customers
3) special request as refund or price quotation

We work on remote from 3 different cities and we answer from our cell phone, last time I've tried this sort of softare the audio was awful
