Virtual bank account with ability to Withdraw?

Is anyone else confused?

im willing to pay to learn how to make boa virtual bank accounts send me a private message because im not able to yet.

You cant withdraw to a vba.

Yes You can withdraw. Who said you can't!!?

You can not withdraw funds from a VBA.

A VBA is a Virtual Bank Account that is only Virtual online and not functional so a VBA is used for verification purposes only.

If you can withdraw money to the account, it is no longer a VBA but would be considered a "real bank account".

Does some one know if you can still withdraw PP to those BOA VBA accounts out there?
I once had a plan to withdraw PP there and than attach the bank account to Skrill or Payza or other e-wallet that can be auto-funded via USA bank account. If that is possible you can create another account of your country with that payment processor (all of them are not that bullshit like PP and can withdraw to a debit card even without a bank acc). But I wonder if some one tried it or even withdrawing PP to VBA.
In fact there are lot of ways to transfer money from a USA bank account using micro-deposit linking, there are escrow websites (maybe try and create a fake deal) and lots of others.

I would like to share my experience. Once I lived in a European country for a couple of years. In one bank they had VBA's available to people for free. How it was working? Let me explain. You would first go open a regular bank account and request a VBA. So now you would have 2 accounts with the same bank one regular and one VBA. I didn't use it for Ebay or anything like that but I used it for something else. When you enter you VBA information to PP they send your funds to your VBA. Once the funds are in your VBA transferring them to your actual regular account and withdraw is as easy as transferring money from a savings account to checking account.
So bottom line yes it is possible but through your regular account.
Now in U.S. I didn't came across to a such bank providing VBA's yet. Maybe there are some banks out there but I don't know.
