Virtual Bank Account to Receive Wire Transfer...?

No, there's none. It's called a 'virtual' bank account because it's not an ACTUAL working account. Even real accounts have different rules about accepting or sending wire transfers. If you don't have a real bank account, you'll have to get one, take payment another way, or find a friend of partner with a bank who will is able to receive the transfer. You may also be able to get a reloadable prepaid card (that comes with a working bank account number) that can accept transfers.

There are many different services that allow you to wire money from a virtual bank account the easiest is to get a prepaid card I got some help from skype: trustar114
