Virtual assistant, part time or full time, $2 per hour

lol, so many guys with "JrVIP" status here and they want to work for 2 usd/ hour ? nothing on the internet seems to be true....

The thing is, $2 per hour is peanuts and only monkeys work for peanuts. Not trying to insult anyone, but it comes from a famous saying and generally holds true. I have experience with writers who are willing to work that cheap. They usually come from the former British colonies and couldn't write a coherent sentence to save their lives. A dead giveaway can often already be found in their application. Especially take note of their use of prepositions. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not a native English speaker myself and prone to make lots of mistakes in my own writing, but I'm not applying for a job that requires that skill.

I guess that for some people $2 p/h is an income that they can get by with. Maybe some pocket money for a student from the poorer countries, or even a "stay at home mom." My business' budget prevents me from hiring any staff. A problem that would be solved If I could find staff that would work for that kind of money. It might surely be possible (exceptions to the rule) but finding someone suitable is not going to be easy. I would signup immediately for a part-time, reliable, office VA.

My first post here and I hope it's not considered to be negative. It's just something that I have experience with and I wanted to share.

You can actually hire VA's for as little as $275- $300 per month for full-time work.

So $2 is fair to start someone off and see if they will work out.
