Already searching elsewhere as well, but decided to give good old BHW a chance as well.

So, I'm looking for a reasonably affordable preferably full-time VA. Not going to list everything you have to do, but the work is varied, going from writing articles to managing Wordpress blogs to handling emails and support.

The more skills you have the better chances of getting hired, because extra skills are always welcome. Don't need to be a journalist quality writer, but has to be native sounding content. No easy spelling mistakes and such. If you can do SEO, then that is for your benefit. But do remember, I would like to see proof of your skills, and I most certainly will not hire without samples/proof, but those can be handled at a later time if you strike my interest.

Send me a PM with your pricing details per month and tell me a about your skills, why you would be better than the dozen people already spamming me on elance odesk and such. I prefer hiring from BHW since this place is great, but I will put business first when it comes to the hiring quality, so make your PM count.

Don't expect me to reply to everybody who I don't wish to hire, you'll know if I wish to get some more information out of you. Therefore if you don't hear back from me, it doesn't mean I want to have you spamming my inbox full every day and every night, it just means I am not interested. I'll try and be polite and answer to everybody though.

This will begin as a one month contract at first, but if the job quality satisfies I will continue to keep the VA employed, so there is a potential future in this employer-employee relationship, and I most certainly hope to find a good VA. I will not pay you in advance for a month, so no need to dream about anything like that. A test period will be scheduled and after that salary will be paid every two weeks or monthly, depending on what is agreed upon, should the applicant be successful during the test period.

I'm a gentle and caring employer, who doesn't beat the crap out of his employees regularly, and likes classical music and gingerbread cookies. Thus a sense of humour is a most welcome quality in an applicant.

Hopefully that covers everything, do ask if you have any questions.

And please don't manhandle my inbox too roughly, it has feelings too

Oh and Micky, if you need a job, I'd have some really good property investment schemes going on. Interested?

Good Luck If I would not be working a full time job I would have applied for it!!

Cheers

Hi LostConnection,
I am a Virtual Assistant and I would like to apply for that job, become your VA.
Please contact with me at Skype: longnh.vietnam
Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing you soon,

Two words, look up the user, Chintoo, he may be your guy.

Maybe it's my maths, but I count 12 words. This confuses me greatly.

Sorry mate, horrible sarcasm. Cheers for the tip.

Please contact with me at Skype: longnh.vietnam

I think you've figure this thing out the wrong way, you see, when somebody wants a job that is advertised, the job seeker contacts the poster/advertiser with the details they ask for, not with a request to respond.

I lost with one big spec "WRITING". Otherwise, I'd try.
Anyways, this is short and enough info to hire a VA.
Wish you'll get what you need from BHW and our fellows.

$10k/day and I could work for you pal.

That's rather low, considering I charge that per minute of my time. Sounds awesome, when do you want to start?

This is what I like to see! Anytime you need to hire someone it means you are doing
something right unless you can automate it.

Keep rocking OP!

Thank you RK!

I have received a couple of really promising offers already, and BTB your guy is one of the top guys at the moment so cheerio indeed!

How many hours a week are you looking to hire a VA for?

How many hours a week are you looking to hire a VA for?

Thanks for asking, I did apparently miss something from the original post. Preferably full-time, so 40 hours a week, but also willing to consider a part-timer with negotiable hours, if they have a good resume/portfolio.

PM send with more details , Add me up on skype it will be easier for us to discuss further.

I'm still trying to keep track of things, who is good at what and for what price, and I've gotten some really impressive applications as well.

Please consider this thread, for now at least, closed until possible further notice, if for some reason the current situation falls through. I'll be starting to go through the applications with more effort now.

I'm not able to send you PM but I'm really interested. I'm an engineering graduate and an online freelancer specializing in content writing. I have WordPress skills and experience in setting up WordPress websites from scratch, administering and posting content. I hope to hear from you.

I can work with you full time...let me know. interested to work with you.thanks
