Virtual Agent?

Hey I've been seeing this pop up alot lately on various clickbank sites but never understood what exactly was going on. Do you guys know how they impliment those virtual agents and where could I download the software to do such?

Oh, if anyone knows how to make the little video talk as well...that would be nice too.
