Wow, if you make one of these sites and put some adult Zango ads on there, I can guarentee you'll make a shit load. I convert 1:15 on a normal non adult site. Adult sites convert 1:10, and if you have around 150 UV a day (very conservative),and at $1.45 a download, thats around $600 a month. And I was being VERY conservative.

I fixed most the bugs that I can find on this - right now I am incorporating a short url script into it to shorten the viral link

there is a working non-porn site on this thread

Super easy I guess, I have seen the admin backed, just upload, change MySQL details, setup MySQL DB for it and then set the image URL's inside of the admin control panel.

This is a guess anyway, any script is easy to install once you have done one before

I remember going to one site that just embedded pics from teens4free.net so i went there and clicked around, karu's private collection i ended up finding, his pics are watermarked but they are tiny and i just covered them up, karu's squeeze page has 16 pics of a girl, they are really suited to virral. As for the video.... Screw trying top find a video of the girl... You wanna know what i do? webcams.com affiliate program ---> daily video promotional tool

Sure its not the same girl, but by the time they have got you enough traffic to get to the video they are useless anyways... may aswell try and convert them with the secret video

Use notepad or dreamweaver to open PHP files. Is this the first time you have installed? If so you will need to setup a new DB with a user assigned to it and use these details in config.php
