Hi there,

I got banned from paypal so I need a VIRGIN private proxy that nobody has ever used. Can you please let me know if that is the right thing to do? Also, where can I get them? I need a trusted name if you can recommend.

Get Dedicated Private Proxy from the provider who allow you to use with Social media and other major type of site sit will work with Paypal too.

And blocking of PAYPAL is not depend only on IP it has many factors like your activity etc.

You can try below signature site.

Yeah, you got banned not based on IP, though if you think on re-signing up pretty soon it is wise to use different IP and browser

If you need a private one it may be worth buying a cheap VPS and setting up OpenVPN or something on that to use. Just make sure you check the IP you are given on blacklists first!

try lime proxies, they work really great.. also for stuff like these I would suggest you use RDSL based proxies

For Proxies esp if you want them in Bulk and Private ones, I would suggest to try
Truepals forever........I used up his a long ago(don't know whether He is still in proxies business or not) and must say were of elite class.

don't go with Cheap just to save couple dollars losing hundreds of dollar not a good deal

As cheap ips not good for that purpose rest your choice
