As far as I've read from their thread, ViralSocials has hundreds of pending orders, and their customer support is not replying to its customers. Ordering from them at this very moment wouldn't be the right decision. If you're a loyal customer of their's, then you might want to wait until their problem gets sorted out.

If you have an issue with a service you need to contact their support. If that fails you can open up a thread in the shitlist section.

Threads like these don't help anybody and hurt members rep.

I wouldn't bother. Ive had videos removed from YT and when trying to contact VS 8 times and nothing. My videos are still showing up in the "In Process" section although they have been deleted.
