There isn't a trick. If you got high quality content then there's a possibility you will go viral. However, IG's algorithm is not publicly online therefore we don't know what triggers it to make posts or reels viral.

There’s no real “trick”. Most viral reels just hook people fast and make them react or share. Strong first 1–2 seconds, simple editing, and content that makes people feel something usually works best. Timing and luck also still play a big part.

I don’t think there’s one trick tbh. Usually it’s just testing a lot of reels and noticing what people actually watch till the end. Sometimes even a small change in the first line or thumbnail makes a big difference. I’d focus on that more than looking for some secret method.

The IG algorithm currently values "Sends" (DMing a Reel to a friend) above everything else. If your content doesn't make someone say "I need to send this to my buddy," it won't go viral.
