Hi,

I am starting a youtube journey and i wanted to know , are the viral public videos copyrighted ? the ones that are uploaded by big pages like unilad , as they do mention via someone on some of the videos . So if i upload viral videos on my youtube channel , will they ban me ?

some are some are not. if the video it`s really viral it` s almost iimposible for the copyright owner to go after everyone that used his video. this only applies to videos filmed by people their phones not videos filmed professionally by companies.

ya i am also talking about the videos that are made by people and they submit them to these pages.

Yes I have seen many of channels getting strike eventhough those videos are shot by random strangers. Youtube is very unpredictable on that.
What I can suggest you is that either upload those videos on a dummy account and see if you get any notifications and if everything is fine upload on your main channel.
