Viral sites + Facebook Pages : Help!!

I'm starting a viral site and i want to grow up a facebook page with facebook ads (Page Likes), to promote my viral content. The idea is to drive people from this fb page to my site to click on my adsense. (Classic Formula).

I just finished a course that teachs you exactly how you can get likes in facebook ads with just $0.004/like. But the countries targeted in this case are the most countries with low cost in ads (Nepal, Bangladesh, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, India, Pakestan, Serbia,....).

So my question is : There is any chance to generate good money on adsense if i drive peoples from thoses countries to my site content ??!!

Yes it's doable but what are you budget? I reckon you need at least $500-1000 to play around with Facebook ads and be committed before you aim for the big fish.

You should target Tier 1 countries...You need many clicks in your ads for earning from these country in adsense...

The course was full of bullshit then. You get likes from tier 3 for that rate even if your ad is shit.
Now, the answer to your question:
Get likes from tier 3 countires then later on when you are big shift to tier 1 because your page will have authority till now and it would be relatively easy to get new likes.

But if your page is a product page or only focus tier 1 then there is no use to get tier 3 likes so go for tier 1 from the start.

If you have a viral site,
You'll need large amount of tier 3 traffic to make money.

Completely agree with @AryabhattZero suggestion. You need a heck lot of likes from tier 3 countries to earn anything which would make sense. So your plan should be to only get as many likes from tier 3 countries which would make your page look authoritative and then shift to tier 1.

How does this work? I really don't get it. Facebook allows a minimum bid of 1 cent. I have attached a screenshot of what it shows even for just targeting Tier 3 countries. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
