I want to make a website like viral nova but should I copy and paste the content and just link back to original creator.Will it effect my website ranking And is there big profit in this.

Don't copy and paste other websites content too much as it will screw your SEO and you may get banned from your ad networks

viral news websites typically don't rely on SEO. they rely on social. copying content will never get you that great SEO

Don't do this. It won't help you, even more it will effect in a bad way. Write your own content. You can review other websites but you must to write it yourself. After that you can link them.

i used to run a viral site, i was writing all the content myself after just re-wording popular articles. It will work in the short term but then the big sites might come and complain to take it down. Thats how it was with viral fb videos i would post.

I thought about using Facebook ads to get traffic and Adsense for monetise

I wouldn't copy and paste the content. I would go to a viral website in another language, translate it, and make your own content fast that way.
