.VIP good for site rank and AdSense?

I want to have the brand name "keyword.com" but it is not available. Therefore, I tried to go and buy another one which has "keyword" .vip. However, this site has the below records in Whois -

Whois Record

In way back machine also it has a previous content from 2019. so I wonder whether the site has been panelized from google

I am hoping to get Adsense for this one. Will it be a good idea to get this. Moreover, the next option I thought would be " keywordz.com" and it has not been registered before, so what would be the best option for me?

Check backlink profile, you might get idea. Though if there were PBN links, you might get to know.

What .net, .org, .co tlds or cctlds

I would suggest you to go with keywordz.com as swimming in a known territory is better than swimming in unknown territory. Atleast u know the domain is fresh.

Think you didn't understand his question, he is not planning to buy actual keywordz.com but domain with the actual keyword of his niche

Yeah it has a URL rating of 20 from Ahrefs

Okay thanks. However, will that extra z will have an impact. Cause I always feel google gives some priority for .com domains

No, it should not have any major impact on rankings if you do other things right
