Vine scraper

I need a tool to be able to scrape ALL the followers of popular people on vine. For example, if a user has 12 million followers, I want to be able to scrape ALL of them. My current tool stops after 50k, so it might be a vine restriction.

If you can do this, and make sure it gets ALL, and not just 50k, please let me know!

I think their api has limit. You cant scrape all followers from an id. It is just like other site.
