Is there a way to boost Vine Loops?

There is a tool that promises you to help with Vine content boosting, they stated something about loops, views, revines, followers but I cannot say for sure that it will work or not. You know how it is with these software, they work by trial and error. this is honestly the only place I have seen offering loops. I would like to figure out how to get loops like that in mass.

A bot? LMAO.... Good look with that one.... I can easily boost vine loops...

I am not laughing and if you have a solution let's talk. I am sure you can do it in a VPS setting or running something like Bluestacks. I would love your help if it's reliable and something I can plug in a (vine url) and type in the number of loops and it get's the job done.

Update: I got VinyBot up and running for Loops and it's doing what I need it to do. Very happy with the outcome and to think I almost paid $250 for something custom.
