Vine "do whatever you want"?

Hey guys,
I read that vine is like the best social network for using bots. A user on here wrote a thread about social networks and their TOS about spamming. He said Vine is the only social network he can say about that you can do whatever you want. Is it really like that? Please let me know.

Well I seen how 400k fake vine accounts were deleted in one day - so I guess you cant do whatever you want there

Yes and No. There are limits but there is definitely a ton more freedom. Farming loops is so easy! If you are clueless on that or have been buying loops, this is gonna blow your mind.
Literally open up the vine clip on your browser and let it fucking go lol every tab is literally an extra view so I open up 40+ tabs on Vine TV mode with an auto refresher chrome extension to hit the last video that needs to be farmed and walk away. It farms my whole feed and I'm golden. I only drop a few thousand loops at a time after the videos have aged a few days but Jesus Christ, if only instagram was that easy to get the views.
