Can u2bviews b used for ppd and nhancment views also, will they rank the video on youtube because my video is still not ranked after using their views,i got over 1000views i searched for it on search bar its not showing?

You can rank videos not only with the help of views. You need retention views, social signals, backlinks, etc to be ranked
