My video has been stuck at 301 for 2 days now so join the club buddy
If you view the video on the same ip while the views are from 0 to around 300 they will freeze until you get legitimate views.

not 100% true. If you spam watch a video and for say, 24 hours refresh a 5 second video, some views will count. Best result is to spread your video out. If i were to watch a video once every day for 300 days, each view would count. Therefore, suggesting watching something 300 times is a false misleading rumour.
