Views maxing out at about 350?

It seems that my video's views max out at about 350 when i use a tool to create views. Ive tried adding nearly 300, then adding more the next day and still no luck. Is there a way around this?

no. all videos freeze at around 300 views if you use viewing bots

Do they stay that way, or do they increase with "real visitors"?
ALso if you were to wait to get to this 300 view threshold and then run a bot, would that be ok?

Unfortunately not, I've tried this.
