Well, of course there are a little drop of views, you could get like 250 views for 300 views in credits, but it's better than any other network I've tested

u2bviews.com has all of those features (views, custom comments, likes, favs, subs) and is working like a charm at this moment

If you're looking for free ones, just Google Free YouTube Views and you'll find tons of point to point sites like Vagex. They don't work nearly as well as they did a year or so ago, but if you're just looking for a couple hundred views, it will get the job done. If you're looking for thousands of views daily, then you're going to have to go with a paid service.
