I have 4600 views on a video I posted but only 4000 impressions , how is this possible ?
What would cause boosted and artificial views like that? I just posted the video like normal with some hashtagsBoosted and artificial views via Python scripts are not counted as impressions.
It's a glitch I suppose. Did you upload that video the day before yesterday ?I have 4600 views on a video I posted but only 4000 impressions , how is this possible ?
I Uploaded about 2 days ago its at 6200 views now and 5400 impressionsIt's a glitch I suppose. Did you upload that video the day before yesterday ?
Either a temporary glitch, or someone bought views for that post.
Most likely, though, it's when buying views. All tthat he bots do is go see the post, and then leave, so no impression. Easy way to catch accounts that are faking.
If you bought views you got your answer. If you had someone else tell you they could "help" with engagement, etc., then you know they bought fake views.
Anything else, just ask here. Most of us handle client accounts and know just about every fake stuff used by others to increase fake engagement. Not that we do it. In fact, we are against fake engagement. A fake follower, fake view, fake engagement does nothing for a client's account other than a vanity number. And in reality, whomever does it without your knowledge is just stealing your hard-earned money.
But, there are those clients that do want fake numbers for whatever reason. We don't condone it, but if that's the way they want to go, it's their money. On Instagram, fake numbers usually do not end up making your account better or more money.
So what is the problem? No I didnt buy any views or have anyone try to help me with engagement , im thinking maybe because I reached some top hashtags there are bots that are constantly looking at those?
Definitely a glitch then. Don't worry. It happened to one of my posts too.I Uploaded about 2 days ago its at 6200 views now and 5400 impressions
