So my youtube videos have been stuck on 258 views when I check my analytics but my video manager says over 6,000 views. Im very noob at youtube. I have my videos monetized but no money comes in since its stuck at 258. Can anyone give me some advice or knowledge on this? Thanks in advance.

It takes a a while for Youtube to update the view counter on a new video, just give it some time.
 
YouTube had a new rule so you can get bottled/refresh page for views until you get to 301. The only way to pass the barrier or block is to buy HR safe views (which I provide PM me) or earn them by promoting your video. Also there are other sites to get your views for free. They are called social exchange sites. Also what he said is true YouTube views may take up to 24 hours to be updated in AdSense and analytics.
