Does anyone know a manual way to view notes for a post without the theme?
similar to how you would view http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/seo for example

i dont think its possible, what are you trying to do exactly ?

open the note and try to extract the tumblr link who like or reblog , and then use bot to follow.
some download software have function:download all the link within this page and then save all the link to the text
