Viewing mobile phones on desktop

So we have few workers who are working with us from different parts of the country. Most work is performed on social media site. Is there a way to view all of those phones on our desktop somehow so we can track and see if the work is getting done properly? Is something like this possible with teamviewer? Need 24x7 desktop view(and maybe usage) access over those phones. is there a solution/software available out there which can do this?

They can install Vysor and connect their phone to their PC. You can access their desktop to see the phone over team viewer.

This is if you want to have a stable phone screen connection and not a crappy one like team viewer/anydesk phone apps offer

I use Anydesk to track my Social Media Accounts for Proxy Marketing. Those phones are in different parts of the world. With the help of Macdroid, I can accept my own Anydesk connection request.
In short, yes it is possible, but you will have to do a lot of settings.
