Wondered what some websites looked years back, or how google.com looked in 1998

I used this heavily in one of my college courses for a project. It's a real tight site.

I knew the link webarchive.org and I am using it frequently to find stuff from various web pages after the site was radically upgraded or after it became parked.

It is a useful tool also in the case if you want to bargain for an expired domain, and if you are interested about what the domain was used for in the past.

Resurrect Pages http://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/2570 is a handy FF addon to have when a site gets Slashdotted or Dugg.
