View my own threads started and posts

Sometimes I actually forget what I've posted here and other times I want to see the replies that were made to my previous posts. But when I go to my account I cant see any way to view my;

Previous posts

Am I just blind?

(Also when I searched I didnt find this answer. )

Click on your name, top right
Cluck on your profile page
Cluck on information
You’ll see two links - one to show all of your posts and one to show all of the threads you have started

Your Profile -> Postings -> At the bottom, you will see: Find all content by X-user ( in your case, AussieLocalSEOGuy) and Find all threads by X-user.
