I've been getting 30-40-50-100 likes on posts on threads... However, I took a pause for a month and now (it's been another month since I am back) - I get a maximum of 10 likes...

Am I given jail?

Does this affect the Instagram account too? - Because I started to upload there 10 days ago, I'm not getting growth there either.

If someone can tell me why the hell my reach and engagement is so low and help me fix it - I'd be eternally grateful...
 
You'll have to keep posting now to get some reach. 1 month of no engagement on your page means Instagram stopped showing your new posts to your followers.
 
Yeah, sounds like your Threads reach dropped hard, maybe due to inactivity or algorithm shift. It could be a form of shadowban. It might also be affecting your Instagram if both are linked. Try being consistent again, engage more, and avoid posting anything that could flag the algo. Usually takes time to bounce back.
 
But I have already posted for a month consistently... And ye, as you say - it's not showing to followers, as it looks at insights.

How much time till it returns to normal?

Yeah, if you've been posting consistently for a month and still no reach, it's likely some kind of soft shadowban or just bad algo timing. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months to recover. Just keep posting, engage with others daily, and avoid any content that might trigger the system. Patience is key here.

Recovering followers can be challenging in a such case, but consistently posting engaging content with trending hashtags can help. Consider maintaining a regular posting schedule to attract and retain your audience.

Engage more, and avoid sudden changes, your reach should improve in a couple of weeks.

It's true... now I have 2k views and only 15-20 are followers' views... and a total of 2 likes... why is that?
 
Your account is fine, you just have to post again until the views pickup
 
Keep posting, you might have just lost your audience from being gone. If it remains the same after a month or so, then you're probably shadowbanned.
 
It sounds like your Threads engagement dropped due to the break (the algorithm may deprioritize inactive accounts).
