Vids vids vids!!!

I need someone who can make a REALLY simple youtube vid and I'm also wondering if I gave you an url to a certain vid can you download it and edit the vid (i.e. cut out the first 10 sec,etc) Whoever can do that as well as watermark. DEFINITELY drop me a PM or here in this thread.

P.S. I'm also looking for someone who can increase the views,ratings,etc and what not.
