Vids Removed, How to Move Forward?

Hey - hope everyone's good :)

Got a few questions about YouTube I'm hoping some of the more experienced members could help me out with. GOAL: I am trying to rank videos in YouTube & and Google.

Unfortunately they got taken down (This following video was found in Violation of TOU #4 Section H). My first question is: Moving forward, should I make a new account and re-upload my videos there, as yt will now associate that account with a penalty which could affect future rankings?

Second, learning from my mistakes, does my new plan of attack look right?
1. Keep on unlisted
2. Drip-feed social signals for 1 month (subs, likes, tweets, FB Likes, Pinterest repins etc).
3. Build backlinks (SeNuke Turbo wizard, blog comments etc - doesn't make too much diff, right?)
4. Take off unlisted and continue above

I'm not entirely sure why my vid was taken down in the first place. I'm sure it is view related but am not sure what tripped the red flag to YT. I was buying views from fiverr for a while with no issues, then I added Vagex views and a few subs/likes from enhanceviews. Shortly after my video was removed followed the other about 5 days later. Though I don't have any direct evidence, it's a pretty big coincidence. Anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know whether it is the manner of the views or the speed at which they were coming that caused the removal?

Also, does anyone know if it makes any difference whether views/social signals/likes/subs are drip fed over a week, for example, or delivered in just one hit as most providers do. My understanding is that as long as they are REAL then it doesn't make too much difference, right?

My confidence has taken a bit of a blow as I spent quite a bit of time and money on the videos, so I really don't want to make the same mistake again.

I'm sure there are others in my position, so hopefully this post and the replies will help.

Any advice is much appreciated :)

-Nate

I'm pretty sure the unlisted method only works +-12 hours after uploading the video.

first of all change your views supplier. your video was taken down due to low quality views. and i will advice you to don't use unlisted method instead of use normal method to rank. make lots of backlinks to rank on google and high quality views and other stuff so you can rank higher on youtube too.
Excuse me for my English
