VideoVantage - Anybody tried it?

So the new Youtube ranking software called 'VideoVantage' just launched today. I picked it up as it was only $50 but I have to say, I'm disappointed. The basic functions aren't working for me and I've heard nothing back from support. On launch day I feel it's essential to be on top of support as apposed to be counting the sales. Anybody else purchased it and can share their experience?

I'm 24 hours away from requesting a refund.

I tried the cracked version and you might aswell invest the money towards licorne which does way more than video vantage, just scrape a few footprints and blast your videos.

VideoVantage - Anybody tried it?
