videos keep getting removed from search engine

my videos after a day cant be found in the search engine the videos they were orignally in the search engine they got views they were ranked well aswell, the videos are defiantly not taken down. Anybody know whats happening?

they might get penalized if you sent fake views/likes and etc..

This happens sometimes, but they tend to appear after a few days and ranked. I think it's more like some kind of a dance than a penalty.
