Videos getting blocked, other channels doing the same thing I do

So I just created a new YouTube channel, the idea is to upload several music mixes created by me for parties and stuff like that, and once it get subscribers try to earn some cash with affiliate marketing (since you can't monetize videos containing copyrighted music), but! My videos are getting blocked right away, like, seriously, before even publishing it I get this message saying that it contains copyrighted music, that it won't affect my channel, but it won't be visible for anyone.

So they're piling up in my Creator Studio and I'm the only one who can see them, but why?! There are hundreds if not thousands of channels out there doing the exact same thing, some of them even posts entire albums of an artist.

Please, any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I insist, then how are the other channels being able to upload music? I just don't get it.

@craftercool Put a check mark in the box on the left side of "My dispute isn't based on any of the reasons above" and click "Continue" on the bottom right and proceed from there.
