Videos being automatically flagged - Is there a workaround?

I've received this message for a few videos. The videos I'm downloading from Youtube and reuploading (diff information but obviously YT is reading the video itself to see that it's not my own) and is owned by a third party.

How do I side-step this issue. Any recommendations?

* Changing the video pitch

* Adding a pre-trailer / post trailer

You can change the pitch on the audio, rotate the image, invert it horizontally, or add a filter to the image
