Video with muscle anatomy overlay

does anyone knows a tool which makes it easy for beginners to edit videos and put a muscle anatomy layer and some text on it?
the second video in this post is the style i would like to copy.

Instead of getting a new tool, use your current software. Let's use Final cut as an example.
-Freeze the frame of video you'd like to use as your shot. Bring it into photoshop and add a layer on top with about 60% opacity and color in the shape/space that you want to highlight.
-Export that layer as a png.
-Use the "Hold" time option on the same frame to freeze the frame for x amount of seconds.
-Add the png as a video layer on top of that.
-Fade in transition.
-Add your lables.

DONE!
