Video Website Backlinks

This may be a silly question but I'll ask it anyway. When you post videos to popular video sharing sites, how would you gain traffic/backlinks from them? Assuming you made the video yourself (camtasia) and its a simple tutorial (computer related).

How would you go about distributing them and optimizing them for optimal traffic /SEO gains.

make sure that you put your full (absolute) http:web address FIRST in the description.

Most video hosting sites will give you a live backlink that way...but you must put it FIRST!

I guess you could also comment with a a full link also

There are lots of free and paid distribution services, like heyspread and tubemogul. I also use a paid traffic geyser service that also social bookmarks and makes podcasts from the audio of my videos with no extra effort on my part. I get traffic almost immediately and it is sustainable.

No doubt you probably get good seo gains from the backlinks (even if they are no follow, you still get some juice)...but I use it for traffic and making money fast! This is my poor womans Adwords!
