I should advice you to write it with PHP (Laravel Framework) and then using a Free proxy list API making the calls with Guzzle/HTTP package for Laravel to view your video.
You can easily set this up and even if you want to be more secure you can let the code generate with the Digitalocean API to create a new docker to run a browser to view the video with a newly generated IP adress.

ok, so my friend (not so close in a group chat) show us he's been using bat program on vm, a gui, where you input video name, list of proxy and thousand of window opened. yea, every window has different ip. and they sell watch hour~

Hi there,

Python is the big love of my life!

I do a lot of similar stuff with pure python and if it's too well protected with python & selenium.

For those of you who don't know what is selenium:
It's a framework to automate stuff in Chrome, Firefox and other browsers.
It is unbelievable powerful.
