video upload is very slow with chrome, is there any upload tool ?i can download a video from youtube with 1m/s, but with upload it will take a lot of time , is there any good youtube uploader ?thans!

whats your speedtest? Download can be fast, be if your upload speed sucks, it will take you lots of time to upload no matter the browser

Thats true.

Chrome offers very poor download speed (Can't say much about the upload speed though)
You could give Mozilla Firefox a try and see if does any better.

Its not about your browser, and using an upload tool will not help if your Internet upload speed is low. Fix that first with a connection from another isp, or upgrade from the actual plan at your current isp.
