Video to Gif help - Quick GIG

Hi I need to turn a video into a gif.

project its pretty straight forward, the only main request I need someone that can do it fast and asap.

I will buy a stock video, that needs to be turnned into a looping gif file that us under 1mb hopefully less.
and a certain width and height.

900x720.
