Video thumbnails disappear

Hello,

I have this thing happening today, as soon as I make a video public the default thumbnail turns into this gray box indication that no thumbnail is set.
Before I make the videos public the thumbnail is displayed correctly in the video manager.

I haven't had this before I make the videos with the same settings everytime.

Does anyone know why this can happen and how to fix it? ._.

edit: I am using youtube api for upload, making them public by default seems to work.

This happened to me too. The thumbnails show up fine when logged out.
